(1) Application
form for admission
(2) Personal records
List your education history in order from elementary school to the
last school you attended.
List your previous stay in order written in the Christian era.
(3) Purpose of your entry
List your concrete plan after graduation.
(4) Certificate of graduation from the school attended.
(Original must be submitted) When this document becomes a graduation
diploma, submit the original. ( original shall be returned at a later
date)
(5) Copy of your passport (page showing your identification)
(6) Photographs (portrait, without hat ) taken within 3 months
7 identical 4cm in height 3cm in width photographs. The ones which
differ from those of your certificate of graduation and your passport.
The applicant's name must be written on the back.
(7) Copy of applicant's family register ( applicants from Taiwan and
Korea )
On the page of the student, the applicant's last school same with
that of
graduation
certificate must be written.
(8) Transcript from the last school attended.
(9) Japanese Language Experience
The date of entrance・the completion of study・Total hours (more than
150 hours)
School record・The text books used in Japanese Language School must
be written.
(10)Occupation career or certificate of student present status
Concerning (3) ,(4) and (9) , Japanese translations should be
accompanied with them. 2
When an applicant pays all expenses during his/her
stay in Japan
(1) Expense payment pledge
(2) Certificate of the applicant's bank balance or deposit receipt
; It must be the original form of the bank, and must show the account
number. The amount of deposit balance must be more than the amount
he/she wrote on Pledge multiplied by the number of month of term.
(3) Certificate of employment
In case of self-employed person, copy of income tax return with seal
affixed by tax office and certificate copy of business license or
certificate copy of company register.
Concerning (1) and (3), Japanese translation should be accompanied.
3 When
the financial supporter ( ex. Father / Mother )
intends to guarantee the applicant's school fees and
living expenses
(1) Expense payment pledge
(2) Sponsor's balance of the bank and a copy of sponsor's certificate
of deposit
(3) Official proof of the relationship with the applicant and the
financial supporter
(ex. a copy of sponsor's family register, a birth certificate )
In case of China, National certificate should be attached.
(4) Documentation to attest to the financial holdings of the party
sending money or individual income documentation for persons in position
of management
Concerning (1), (3) and (4), Japanese translations should be accompanied
with them. 4
When a person residing in Japan other than the
applicant pays all expenses for the applicant in Japan
(1) Expense payment pledge
(2) Bank balance statement
(3) Certificate of residence tax on the person issued by the local
ward office , with the total amount of the previous year's annual
income
(4) Certificate of employment ( in case of the employee )
Certificate of company register ( in case of company management
)
(5) Certificate of residence register ( with all members of the
sponsor's house hold )
(6) Certificate of alien registration substitutes ( if sponsor is
not a Japanese citizen )

Application Processing Fee
When the applicant submit application for admission, he/she should
pay the assessment processing fees, 20,000 yen.
Application fee is not refundable even when the applicant is not admitted.
